Problem with the computer appears unusual.
There seems to be an unusual issue with my computer functioning. When I power it up, all the lights activate without any sound, and nothing appears on the screen except for a piano-like boot-up noise through the speakers. The PSU fan isn’t running either. On the back of the desktop, there’s a green light with a button resembling a circuit breaker. If you press and hold the button while throttling the fan slowly in and out, the fan should stop spinning. This behavior might indicate a faulty PSU.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
