There seems to be an unusual issue with my computer functioning. When I power it up, all the lights activate without any sound, and nothing appears on the screen except for a piano-like boot-up noise through the speakers. The PSU fan isn’t running either. On the back of the desktop, there’s a green light with a button resembling a circuit breaker. If you press and hold the button while throttling the fan slowly in and out, the fan should stop spinning. This behavior might indicate a faulty PSU.

Thanks. Also, I wanted to mention the specifications:
My system is an Alienware R-11
Running Windows 11
Intel® Killer™ Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650, 2x2, 802.11ax, Bluetooth ® wireless card
Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 S UPER 8GB GDDR6 (OC Ready) with NVIDIA NVLink SLI Enabled
2TB M.2 PCIe SSD (Boot) + 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s (Storage)
Intel® Core™ i9 Processor Label
32GB Dual Channel DDR4 XMP at 2933MHz; up to 128GB (additional memory sold separately)
10th Gen Intel Core i9 10900K (10-Core, 20MB Cache, 3.7GHz to 5.3GHz with Thermal Velocity Boost)
Dark Side of the Moon chassis featuring High-Performance CPU Liquid Cooling and a 1000W power supply. This unit is only a few years old; I bought it in 2020.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
