I own a Ryzen 5 3600 and have noticed it sometimes freezes at 500 MHz across the first three cores after hibernation. Restarting helps but it’s still frustrating. Anyone has experience with this issue? Also, even when PBO is set to auto, off, enabled or any other configuration, it keeps happening.

Which motherboard are you running? Which BIOS version is active? Have you installed AMD's chipset drivers? Was the Ryzen balanced power plan applied?

My motherboard is an MSI B350M Bazooka with the newest BIOS installed. I have all the chipset drivers and the Ryzen Ultimate Performance plan ready. Besides needing to restart the system each time it occurs, this isn’t too bothersome but seems strange since I’m not sure what’s happening.
