Yesterday I installed a new PC with these specifications: processor Amd Ryzen9 3900x, RAM Gigabyte X570 Gaming X, 8GB DDR4 3200MHz, cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212, graphics Asus Gtx 1080 Turbo. It was assembled by the retailer and I brought it home to set up Windows 10 Home. However, the LAN cable isn’t detected even though it’s plugged in. After installing the driver, the screen shows an error: "The Realtek Network Controller was not found if Deep Sleep mode is enabled Please Plug the Cable." I searched online but couldn’t find a solution. I’ve tried tools like DriverEasy, but the issue persists. Could you help resolve this? Thank you in advance. My English isn’t perfect, sorry for the mistakes.

Have you checked another cable and device? Consider using a Linux live disk.

Used several cables yet still no success. Router indicates the connection is present.
