Hello, my friend is facing a serious issue with his PC. He experiences stuttering in every game he plays. The only solution that helps is enabling V-Sync. I searched the internet several times without finding a clear answer or a fix. He returned his PC to a technician for warranty reasons, but they confirmed everything was fine and no problems were detected. During gameplay, the PC would freeze briefly every 15 to 30 seconds. The temperature readings were normal. I don’t understand the cause of the problem and am frustrated because it makes the game unplayable for most of the session. I’m disappointed since I can’t enjoy the game with him. If anyone has encountered a similar issue before and found a solution, it would be helpful to share.

Other things might be occurring every 15 to 30 seconds.
Examine the task manager resource monitor to identify potential activity.
Regularly, you could encounter malware reporting itself.
It may be an application checking for updates.
Discord or Chrome applications are occasionally responsible.
Stuttering usually results from a missing resource, often the CPU.
It could also stem from drive access issues.
Try running Hwmonitor to see current, minimum, and maximum temperatures.
High readings near 95°C might indicate Ryzen throttling.
75°C during idle suggests a cooling problem.
What temperature is your cooler maintaining?
What is the case model and fan setup?
Check the resource monitor for RAM usage...

there are methods to uncover the precise psu model without physically taking it, such as using software tools that can reveal system specifications.

The PSU model is an EVGA 500 GD 80+ 500W. There isn't much more information available about it.

The recommended power for this setup is 550w, but it's showing high background CPU usage. What are the current CPU and GPU temperatures?

The GPU temperature is near 40 degrees while in-game it's around 70 degrees. The CPU runs between 65 and 75 degrees when no game is active.

Observe the task manager resource monitor to identify potential issues. A consistent pattern might indicate malware activity, possibly from an app updating itself. It could also involve email transmission or communication with Discord or Chrome applications. Stuttering may result from a resource shortage, typically the CPU. Alternatively, it could stem from drive access problems. Examine Hwmonitor for current, minimum, and maximum temperatures; a reading near 95°C suggests Ryzen throttling. A temperature of 75°C at idle points to cooling concerns. Determine the cooler’s specifications. Inspect the RAM module in the resource monitor’s RAM section for hard faults—any value above zero signals a fault that slows CPU performance until resolved. The build quality appears subpar; Ryzen requires rapid RAM access for optimal CPU utilization, and a single-speed stick limits speed to 3200 RPM.
