Problem with starting Windows setup.
Problem with starting Windows setup.
A few days back the power extension caused my PC to stop working. It wasn't running and only one other device was connected, which still functioned properly. After that, my PC wouldn't boot at all—I could see the motherboard splash screen and enter BIOS, but once there the screen went black and I couldn't proceed further. I removed the SSD and found the partition corrupted; I tried reinstalling Windows to a new partition. The installation completed, and logging into my Microsoft account worked, but when the system needed to restart it again, it stuck on the splash screen. I replaced the SSD, and Windows installed without issues, yet the problem persisted. It won't boot anymore. I've reached the Windows recovery screen a few times, but nothing seems to help. The motherboard has diagnostic lights, but none are illuminated. I flashed the BIOS without any changes, and my next plan is to replace the motherboard just in case anyone else has encountered this issue.
