The Windows boot manager fails to launch when I power on or restart my PC using F12, which is the key for accessing it. Normally I open it by entering BIOS and booting from there, then pressing F12. It doesn’t show up at all under these conditions. Updated October 12, 2021 – Windows UEFI settings > BIOS.
