I’ve been examining some of my old PC parts and checking each one to verify their functionality. Recently, I tested my Asus Rampage IV Extreme motherboard (EATX LGA2011) and it started up properly. A couple of days later, when I powered it on using the built-in system start—since I don’t have any cases and am testing on a bench—I saw the Debug LEDs display "00." According to the manual, this indicates the device wasn’t used. I tried several fixes: swapping RAM slots and amounts, re-socketing the CPU, putting the system into slow mode and rebooting, resetting the BIOS, and methodically removing components one by one until I identified the motherboard as the culprit. However, even after changing the CPU and RAM on another board, everything functioned correctly. My current setup includes:

- Motherboard – Asus Rampage IV Extreme (EATX LGA2011)
- CPU – Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4 GHz 6-core
- RAM – G.Skill Ares Series 16 GB (2×8 GB) DDR3-2400 CL11
- Graphics – Zotac GeForce GT 730 2 GB Video Card
- Power Supply – EVGA BQ 850 W (80+ Bronze)
- Storage – Seagate 4 TB 3.5" HDD, 5900RPM

I searched online for solutions but found no recent updates or guides specific to this board model. The information available is outdated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
