Hello everyone, I just assembled a new setup: CPU Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB RAM (HyperX 32GB RGB), 3200MHz CL16 graphics card (Radeon RX 5700 XT), ASUS TUF B550 PLUS motherboard, and an Erp S4 + S5 GPU. The PSU is an LDLC 650W 80+ gold fully modular unit. I installed Corsair Spec delta RGB SSD with Kingston A20000 500GB NVMe DOCP enabled (profile #1 at 3200MHz). The BIOS was flashed, and everything functions properly except for a cold boot issue. When I power it off and reset the case, it restarts cleanly. After resetting, the system shows a steady orange DRAM LED—fans spin, RAM lights up late, but no sync issues. If I don’t reset, it boots normally.

From a full cold boot without DOCP enabled, it works perfectly. The RAM isn’t on the motherboard’s QVL, which might affect compatibility. I’m wondering if I can find the correct timings for this kit to set it up manually. I tried the XMP settings in CPU-Z but they weren’t stable—once I booted, an error appeared and the timings changed automatically. Or should I wait for a BIOS update that would fix this? It’s not clear if that will happen. Thanks for your help!

Reset the motherboard's CMOS. Adjust the DRAM voltage to 1.35V. Configure the SOC voltage to 1.1V. Attempt to boot at 3000MHz. If successful, proceed to 3200MHz.

Check the recommended clock speeds for 3000 MHz and review the BIOS DOCP guidelines. Consider adjusting the FCLK frequency if needed.

Attempted boot at 3000 with DOCP profile enabled – successful, timings remained consistent (16-18-18). After a cold start, I tried booting at 3200 with DOCP profile – also succeeded, timings stayed steady. Failed during another cold boot attempt at 3200 with DOCP profile.

They are located in slots 2 and 4. Adjust the DRAM voltage to 1.4 and verify.

They work. I used 1.4 drams of voltage and it didn’t let me cold boot.
