Put a new graphics card in my other pc and when I go to boot it up it shows this screen and shows the vga light on, on the mobo I've reseated the gpu multiple times and have tried different pcie slots and this is screen is all I see. This is a brand new psu and graphics card.

Ensure your Redragon PSU is listed under 'Tier E • Avoid' in the PSU Tierlist for every unit. This could be the root cause.
