Completed a fresh PC configuration and noticed the BIOS interface vanishes upon boot, jumping straight into Windows. Attempting to trigger f2/del post-launch results in a black screen. Advanced system settings to switch to UEFI also failed to display. Running W10 Pro 21H2 with OS version 19044.1586 and PCPartPicker BIOS version F15a. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Edit: Even the Windows welcome screen is invisible. Fast startup was previously disabled.

It's frustrating when a PC starts booting too quickly, isn't it? That can really disrupt your workflow.

Used an HDMI connection instead of a display port to reach the BIOS, which caused an issue with my LG monitor earlier

You're connecting via HDMI, and there are no alternative cables you can use.

So the main alternative would be to switch to another display or maybe use a TV that you might already have.

Reset the CMOS likely because the board is used before. Power down the PSU, hold the start button until capacitors discharge. Take out the BIOS battery from the PC, wait a few seconds, then put it back. Turn the computer on. This should clear the CMOS and load BIOS settings during startup. Be careful not to turn on fast boot in the settings again, or it will repeat.
