You've just assembled the system and are experiencing strange behavior with the video file IMG_0456.mov. It's looping for about 30 seconds before stopping, then restarting and repeating the issue. This pattern suggests a potential problem with the media playback or file handling. Check the source of the video, ensure it's correctly loaded, and verify any system settings related to media playback.

It might be necessary to install a BIOS update for the 13th generation CPU to ensure compatibility with the board. The 13100f requires BIOS version 2004, and there are ten earlier versions available before that release.

You could try saving the update to a flash drive and placing it on the PC during startup. This might allow the update to install automatically without needing a direct connection at boot.

Your processor is a 13th generation Core, meaning it requires BIOS updates to work properly with the 600 series board.

Some boards work without a 12th gen CPU by using a feature called Flashback. What is the specific M.2 slot model you're using? Your OIC and ASUS Prime Z690 don’t support Flashback.
