I just completed setting up my new gaming PC today. While installing games on Steam, I finished downloading CS:GO first and then tried playing it. However, it caused a brief black screen. When I restarted the game, it showed an error stating the app was already open. It redirected me to support, but all attempts so far have failed. Help needed urgently!

Check the task manager for any running CS GO executable and terminate it if found. Ensure the game cache isn’t interfering.
