The PC won't start from any source. Even the Windows installation media didn’t work. It spins the startup dots but then freezes and restarts. I have no idea how to fix this or reinstall Windows, since nothing will boot at all.

Now it seems to be heading somewhere, but I’m still seeing page faults in nonpaged areas during boot. Not sure what to do about it.

It seems the optane module was detected. Not sure if it malfunctioned or if the drivers didn't work properly.

It wouldn't be a driver issue when it starts up. I don’t have any information about Optane, so that’s the only thing I can share.
