Problem with starting the computer.
Gigabyte B550M Gaming X Ryzen 7 3800x with dual 16GB Corsair 3200MHz RAM sticks paired with a 2x 16GB Corsair Galax 8GB SSD, 2060 Super 1TB SSD, and a 500W WD SN750 NVME HDD (Windows) 1TB HDD. The system runs on SMPS that was replaced due to failure. After switching the room air conditioner to maintain 24-25°C, the CPU powers on after about 10-15 minutes. Once I press power on the CPU, it boots normally. The old SMPS had failed, so I changed it. I shorted the pins thinking the switch was faulty and replaced the graphics card on September 6th under warranty. After removing and reinserting RAM, tried a different power outlet and verified proper earthing. It started working on the first try when returned from the store.

Previous power source was an ANTEX 550W fixed unit, while the new one is a Cooler Master 550W fixed model. Installed only a few weeks ago.
