My computer won’t start at all. I’ve cleared the CMOS, swapped in new RAM, removed the GPU, and tried almost anything I know—even cleaned everything.
The previous action before the system failed was likely related to hardware changes or software updates. Were any components adjusted or replaced? Was there an attempt to install an untrusted file?
It seems like you're unsure if the motherboard is receiving power. Perhaps the power supply unit is malfunctioning.
Paperclip checks the PSU. Many YouTube tutorials show safe and correct methods. If the PSU activates during the test, connect all components and attempt to power the system by shorting the power pins with a flathead screwdriver rather than using the PC case button.
