Problem with starting the computer.
Hey whenever I attempt to boot my PC, I receive an error stating it can't locate a drive with an operating system. In BIOS I see my SSD recognized and I can boot from there successfully. However, when I restart or something changes, it stops working =( I'm using: CPU i7-3770k, Motherboard Asus P8Z77-V Pro, RAM Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB, GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti, Samsung SSD 120GB, Windows 8.1).
I require clearer information and a visual reference for the requested details.
Which display image would you like to view? Most of the time it appears mostly black except for the Asus motherboard logo, which seems partially resolved now. It usually picks up the SSD first and then launches Windows, though sometimes it freezes on a black screen or the motherboard display, occasionally with the boot LED and other times without. The VGA LED might also light up. When you open Windows, it often crashes right away.
Have you explored alternative SATA connections or restored Windows?
I performed a reset procedure and can now boot into Windows, though the system remains unstable at startup. Performance metrics such as CPU and RAM speeds are still reduced.
Have you attempted to reset the CMOS? BIOS issues seem to be the only other concern besides an SSD failing.
