It seems the problem might be connected to the CPU or memory modules. The continuous lighting of the DRAM LED suggests a possible hardware fault. Replacing the CPU and memory could resolve it.

It's difficult to determine without additional equipment. The board seems more likely to be the problem than the CPU. IMO
