I just installed Arma 3 and tried to start it, but I received a 0xC000009A error saying resources are insufficient. Checking the Community FAQ didn’t help much. Thanks to everyone who is assisting!

Click the "follow" button at the top right to see our responses automatically. When starting with mods, choose "launch w/o mods" from the launcher dropdown. Tell me about your system specs if you're using mods. Did you previously play Arma 3? If yes, when did it function properly? Have you made any recent updates to the game?

Right-click in Arma 3, open properties, navigate to Local Files tab, check the integrity of the game cache.

It's worth noting that a less powerful system might struggle with the game. Arma 3 demands a lot of processing power. I typically achieve about 40 frames per second on my setup at 1080p resolution.
