You just installed a new PC and are attempting a fresh Windows 10 installation via USB, but it’s not working. You’re seeing a boot screen repeatedly, which is confusing. Let me know if you need guidance on troubleshooting or proceeding with the install.

Do you have another PC available? It seems there was an issue with the Media Creation Tool. Please try using a USB drive instead.

That might ruin the original drivers on the USB drive. The USB is a purchased product, so using it could affect its functionality.

Save the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft’s site, insert your faulty Windows USB, and rebuild it.
