Hello everyone, I'm facing some unusual stuttering and visual glitches on all my devices at home. I've tried several fixes—upgraded my PC, reinstalled graphics drivers, cleaned up multiple times, ran OCCT to test components, checked for EMI/RF interference with a Bose EMF reader, and used various multimeters to rule out power issues—but the voltage stays steady above 230V. Recently I got a new phone, set it up with Wi-Fi, and the problem started. After resetting my iPhone 16e and switching to a new iCloud, I still can't connect to the internet. My PC began showing screen tearing earlier this year, and it seems connected to the same issues across all gadgets. I'll share some video clips from my TV, phone, and PC. It might help to note that these problems appear wherever I move devices—whether at college or in another house. It feels like something is affecting them all. If you have any advice, I really appreciate it. I've attached a Reddit post about the same issue (old parts still causing trouble on new ones).

wow i never heard multiple devices do such wired behavior at the same time, across multiple devices, even your phone does this wired behavior too, i strongly suggest you use the help of a digital security company to analize what is going on, this is the wiredest problem of any digital devices i ever heard, also have you checked if other people see it too? once i was seeing black spots around the house and i convinced there is something wired happening until someone sugested going to a doctor and it turned out to be a problem with my eyes from aging

Yes I have had this seen by multiple other people, do you see it too in the videos? I have spoke to my ISP and they suggest nothing is going wrong with malware, I reached out to a cyber security company and they said this isn't something they deal with (implying that this isn't malware) and I also asked in the PChelp discord and multiple others in the malware text channel suggested this isn't malware either. I'm completely stumped with probably over a thousand hours of troubleshooting already and I have nothing left to try which is why I'm trying to reach out here and get some attention because this is some strange anomaly that I cannot explain too. But I do have videos showing the issues at hand to show whats actually happening. But yeah this isn't perceptual as I've had multiple others come to check this out and they're all stumped by it too.

Are you sharing the same Bluetooth device? Are you concentrating only on the computer you move to another place? Do you carry additional items besides the headset—like your usual mouse or other gear? Do you maintain a set of tools you install regularly on a fresh system? Are there any performance tweaks or vendor-specific programs such as Armoury Create (just an illustration), or anything related to RGB settings?

I've freshly set up Windows from a USB drive, didn't install any software, and used brand new keyboard and mouse purchased on Amazon. I never plugged in a headset. Avoid Bluetooth devices at all costs. This issue also affects my TV, which operates independently of my PC—though it shares the same power source and is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The only similarity is that both devices are powered via the same electricity and internet connection. All functioning identically, with consistent lag and stuttering across everything. Not smooth movement at all. Interestingly, neither my TV nor phone has any shared connections or apps, and even their email accounts differ completely. What unites them is simply being on the same power source and Wi-Fi network.
