I'm experiencing a problem where I'm in a call with friends while playing TF2. At first, I hear random buzzing sounds—similar to what you might hear when inserting an N64 cartridge incorrectly. After about 20 or 10 minutes of gameplay, both monitors turn off and the game freezes completely. When I turn them back on, the game is stuck in a frozen state and all programs on my PC go black, but it returns to normal when I hover my mouse over certain areas. Any solutions?

Bad drive, corrupted OS or virus issue. Possible driver or app problems exist, but the situation seems very serious, so I plan to perform a full Windows reinstall and then recheck.

It could be the OS issue since I installed Windows 11 without a temporary folder requirement and used Rufus with incompatible hardware.
