Hey everyone, I've been facing some odd problems with my Liberty Pro 3. It was functioning properly until about a month ago when it suddenly stopped playing audio on my laptop. The issue seems to have affected both my phone and other Bluetooth devices, but the gestures, tap controls, and wear detection still work fine. I've reset and repaired the device, tried updating the Bluetooth drivers, but nothing has helped. Anyone else encountering similar problems?

During the reinstallation of Bluetooth drivers, it might have been better to replace the same version rather than reinstalling the identical driver. If Windows Update released a newer release, a rollback could have been more suitable. It may be useful to obtain the latest driver from Intel, Realtek, or your chosen vendor.

The issue is that there was no update, and the headphones ceased playing audio without explanation. The rollback feature was hidden. It’s unclear why they vanished from the device list.

I mentioned that I've already attempted to reinstall the drivers with this approach. Sadly, it didn't work.

You mentioned reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, but the instructions don't reference that action. The next steps involve navigating to Sound, Video, and Game Controllers, selecting the matching audio devices, and removing them if needed. Following the linked guide closely is essential.

Turning off hands-free calls for the earbuds fixes the problem for me. The only drawback is that it appears to turn off the microphone on the earbuds, which isn't a big concern for me. d
