I'm experiencing problems with my audio. When playing games solo, everything sounds clear, but when others join or you join them, the sound becomes distorted and muffled. I'm considering returning my PC and switching to Xbox.

It might be a problem with the drivers for your headset or another conflicting factor. Are they current?

Someone could assist you with filling in those details. There is a profile in Windows that tracks your output device, similar to how a telephone receiver picks up a speaker. It changes when you switch into a chat setting, which might be worth exploring further.
