Problem with sound only during custom PC calls
As mentioned in the title, my microphone problems are really affecting calls on my custom PC (Windows 11). I can play music without issues, but using input/output in audio calls causes poor connection or complete silence. With wireless earbuds, communication works but audio quality is very low for both sender and receiver. Plugging in a wired headset through the audio jack lets the other person hear me, though it’s not ideal and often creates echoes. Listening to music with speakers is the only smooth option. The webcam microphone functions properly, but adjusting settings hasn’t helped. I’ve also tried downloading the latest audio drivers from my manufacturer’s site, but nothing changed. It’s worth noting that the audio bar keeps shifting when checking mic volume in Windows 11 settings, even without sound, showing a green light around 25% and flickering slightly. The webcam input bar doesn’t move by itself either. Some people suggest using a wired headset with USB, but I’m not sure if that’s the main issue and don’t want to spend more just to confirm.
