Prefer wired connections whenever possible. If dual Bluetooth pairs fail, it might indicate an issue with Bluetooth itself. The problem could stem from a faulty Bluetooth chip or require deleting and reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers, which usually don’t affect audio functionality.
