I recently bought a Beelink SER6 pro 7735HS running Windows 11. The issue I'm facing is that it doesn't enter sleep mode, either by choosing the power option or by pressing the power button. I found out that turning off the wireless mouse causes the monitor to go into standby while the computer remains on. Removing the Ethernet cable also puts the computer into standby, which isn't ideal. Using Device Manager to uncheck options for the mouse and LAN to wake the PC didn't help. Disabling settings in power plan and Local Group Editor also didn't resolve the problem. The cmd powercfg commands didn't provide any useful information. Can anyone assist me with this? Thanks, Paul.

Have all windows updates been completed?
Are all drivers installed?
Is the BIOS current?

All windows updates completed, drivers are up to date. I'm not familiar with the BIOS, but the model is American Megatrends International LLC. SER6proMAX_P5C8V20, dated 15/08/2023. Paul

Update your post to contain detailed information about the system's hardware specifications and operating system details (Windows 11 edition, version, etc.). Ensure the make and model of the mouse, monitor, and internet adapter are included.
