Hello. When you shut down Windows 10 through the menu, the PC will enter sleep mode automatically. Removing all power cords and cables afterward won’t affect this process. The shutdown command handles the state, so unplugging later shouldn’t change whether it resumes from sleep.

If the PC shuts down, it will restart automatically after power is turned off and the cables are unplugged.

Restarting will occur. Store information in RAM, which disappears when disconnected. Save data to disk using Hibernate.
