Hello everyone. I recently upgraded most of my PC components. It’s an MSI Z390 Gaming Plus Mobo, Intel i7 9700k processor, liquid cooler, GTX 970 graphics card, 16 GB RAM or Corsair Vengeance memory, and a 700W power supply unit. While trying to use a Windows 10 installation disc, I encounter freezing when I press the continue key—my screen freezes with the blue Windows logo and white loading indicators. I’ve managed to enter the BIOS, but I’m unable to create a bootable USB drive on campus (the details are complicated). If anyone knows about this motherboard or has faced similar issues, I’d really appreciate their help.

Have you checked if resetting the CMOS erases the BIOS settings?
