Problem with sending files via GPU on your PC.
I assembled a brand new PC with all original components, yet it never communicated via the GPU. I've been working on this issue for several months. After the upgrade, the BIOS changed and I received error messages about RAM failure. Now the VGA indicator lights up. My friend's system ran smoothly with integrated graphics after a BIOS flash. Previously, I encountered code warnings regarding RAM not functioning. Now the GPU is operational. I've tested multiple motherboards of the same model and configuration, swapped PCIe slots, and used only one RAM stick in slot 2 while trying various sticks. I also replaced my old Radeon RX 7900 XT card and adjusted the BIOS settings for newer generations. Despite these efforts, the GPU still doesn't function properly. The fans initially spun when the GPU was active but never produced any video output. Now they remain stationary.
I tried resetting the power and low and behold that was part of the problem. Fans are now spinning as they should on the GPU. Still no post with the GPU though. I just did the bios update on the new motherboard with the bios posted yesterday 6/20/2025. It hangs with code 08 which is something about ram, but i've tried several ram sticks in slot 2, so one of them should have been good unless I'm astronomically unlucky. You'll see in my first post gpu is tested and working. I don't know how to test the CPU and PSU. I don't have a second modern PC that I can swap parts from.
I'm considering a few options but have tested four different RAM sticks already. If none of them work, it would be really unfortunate if all four failed.
