Avoid using V-Sync and opt for a Borderless windowed setting. This removes brightness adjustment options but also resolves screen tearing issues.

It depends on what you mean by "screen tearing." If you're talking about visual artifacts, it's likely minimal or nonexistent with your current settings. If you're experiencing performance issues, 200 FPS is solid for most games.

Some folks think capping the speed at 120 might help, but I haven’t discovered anything that would really stop the tearing.

I believe any effort you make won't eliminate tearing when aiming for the smallest possible delay. You'll need to accept some trade-offs in latency.
