Problem with screen appearance during startup or after reboot.
New-ish build of a couple of months, I dislodged the HDMI from the monitor and then found it wouldn't recognise it at all. Switched to using a TV whilst waiting for a new monitor and found that I can now only get a display by going through the following process: 1) Plug HDMI directly into Mobo and spam F2 to bring up bios screen 2) Exit bios and let windows load 3) Unplug HDMI and then plug into GPU, and have disabled the basic windows display adapter otherwise everything refuses to use GPU. I noticed that if I don't open the bios menu on startup I get a green boot issue light, and also if I leave the HDMI in the GPU I can never get a post (no idea why). When I go through the process above everything works absolutely fine, but it's obviously not ideal.
