Feel free to ask for assistance, I'm here to help. Your system specs are as follows: CPU Ryzen 9 9950X3D, GPU 4070, motherboard Aorus X670 Elite AX, RAM Vengeance 2x32 DDR5, and PSU R1200X. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

On a Windows OS system, I'm checking the active power plan. If it's Balanced, I'll switch it to High Performance to assess its impact on clock speeds. Regarding the build, I'm monitoring the processor cooling methods and the temperatures being observed.

I'm running the Ryzen High Performance power plan
The cooling I'm experiencing is the Noctua dh15 idle at 45 degrees
I haven't checked performance under heavy loads yet

I'm looking at the Windows Task Manager to see how fast everything is running. That window shows the current speed of your system.
