Problem with Ryzen 5 7600x
It might have taken some adjustments for the screws to grip the thread, meaning you were turning without fully securing them if you understand what I say. I believe this isn't an issue as long as all the screws are tightened properly at the end. You've correctly installed the cooler block, and it looks good.
Your CPU is built to handle up to 89°C, after which the BIOS will reduce voltage and current to avoid overheating (throttling).
The 7950X can run continuously for up to 36 hours at temperatures in the eighties and low nineties (centigrade) while doing 4K/UHD video renders. Its maximum temperature is 95°C, slightly higher than your 89°C threshold.
Most modern CPUs are built to operate hotter when performance demands increase. Intel allows up to 100°C on certain models. As long as your cooler maintains solid thermal contact and the system runs smoothly, elevated temps shouldn't cause concern.
7600x sounds like a waste of CPU power, they tried to cap it but the processor keeps increasing until it hits 95°C. In my view, that design is terrible—I would replace it and I got a 9600x which is about 5% faster but runs 20°C cooler.
