You can find the accurate BIOS version on ASRock's website. They have kept up with BIOS updates. Cyberpower hasn't updated their site yet. The manufacturer of the specific component is usually the most reliable source for updates. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450m Pro4/#BIOS
I initially attempted the fix, but Instant Flash kept saying "Image File Not Found" according to the newest ASROCK firmware. It only worked after I retrieved the older bios from the Cyberpower source provided earlier.
You could rename the file to match what the Cyberpower site uses, but it shouldn't automatically update the system. It's unlikely to work without confirmation.
I didn’t set up the AMD All In One, and I couldn’t get updates from the ASROCK site either. Instant Flash didn’t pick up any of the files. Only the CyberPower version worked for installation.
Is your BIOS compatible with ASrock’s website? The current version you have is outdated and doesn’t meet the requirements for BIOS 2.0.
It doesn't seem to match. The screenshot below shows the files I placed on the thumb drive. The only recognized file appears to be from the CyberPower website. None of the ASROCK updates for the MOBO without the -CB version show up. I also installed the AMD All In 1 driver software. It seems that driver is required for AGESA Version 1.0.0.5 or higher, but I'm still at 1.0.0.4 even after installing the latest BIO version from CyberPower. It's unlikely this is the problem unless I'm misunderstanding the details.
