Your help would be very much appreciated — a friend built me a gaming PC and it struggles with games. It freezes after 10-15 minutes (BG3, Spiderman Remastered, Kingdom Come Deliverance, XCom Chimera Squad, etc.). The screen goes black, sound continues, fans spin loudly, and I have to force restart.

Specs:
CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 5200
ASRock B650M PG Riptide WiFi MATX motherboard for AMD Ryzen 7000 Series
DEEPCOOL LE500 240mm AIO Water Cooling Kit with 2x 120mm Static LED Fans
Ryzen 7700X CPU
Sabrent 2TB Rocket Q4 NVMe PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280
ASUS Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 OC V2 LHR 8GB GDDR6 (Used)
Silverstone ET750-G V1.2 750W 80 Plus Gold Non-Modular ATX Power Supply (Used)
Windows 11 Home.
Latest drivers, including BIOS and NVIDIA.
memtest86 passed successfully.
Temperatures are within acceptable limits.

I’m wondering if the issue lies with the motherboard, which is still under warranty. We’ve already replaced the hard drive, checked the thermal paste, and swapped out the GPU fans. Any advice? Thank you!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
What's the age of the power supply you're asking about?
ASRock B650M PG Riptide WiFi
Do you need the BIOS version for your motherboard? We're searching for something older than the latest.

Hi Lutfij, your message is clear.
The PSU is under two years old and the BIOS is version 3.01.
Thanks!
