Monitor isn’t responding or receiving any signal after I re-applied thermal paste to the CPU and re-installed the new RAM. It’s displaying DRAM/CPU lights at the red stage, then switching to yellow for a longer time. It was functioning just before I changed the paste. I’ve cleared CMOS, looked for loose cables, and moved or removed the RAM sticks, but nothing has improved. Anyone have ideas or solutions? I’m stuck and need help.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! You might find it helpful to ease some stress from the mounting pressure on the AIO cooling block. Regarding your RAM, are you using the RAM models mentioned in the PCPP listing above? If you have an older RAM setup that functions well, try installing it in slots A2 and B2. If you encounter a POST error, check your current BIOS version.
I made the BIOS update to the newest firmware for the 14900k several weeks back. Regarding the new RAM sticks, they are already installed in slots A2 and B2, although I previously sold my older setup. There seems to be no media option available for uploading a clip.
