I made the upgrade from 8G DDR4 to 32 GB Kingstone 3600 in the MSI Thin GF63 12VE, but the laptop keeps rebooting. What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?

Enter Bios and verify the RAM speed is set to 32.00MHz; ensure it matches the specifications.

Already started BIOS and changed frequency, but continues to reboot during charging.
