Hey, a while back my Ethernet connection failed after some troubleshooting. It showed no issues, so I reset the network but nothing changed. Later I discovered it was a driver problem—specifically code 10. I tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t help. Then I switched to Windows 11 hoping it would resolve the issue, but it didn’t. I considered the motherboard controller might be dead, so I purchased a TP-Link TPG-3468 adapter and installed it yesterday. It still didn’t work, though I updated the driver there and faced the same error. I also performed a clean reinstall of Windows 10 before trying the network card again, but the problem persisted. All attempts so far have led to the same error message.
