Problem with Realtek Gaming 2.5Gbe Bluetooth not detecting devices
My Bluetooth radio seems to be active, the driver is up-to-date, and it was previously removed and then re-added. However, it doesn't recognize any Bluetooth devices that are in pairing mode (such as headset, mouse, or earbuds). I've configured it to be searchable by other systems, but it doesn't appear on my iPhone. Other devices still show up there, along with a Dell laptop.
I installed the system several years ago, and although I'm not familiar with Bluetooth usage on this machine, I haven't encountered any issues with the Ethernet connection. I've performed various updates, uninstalled and reinstalled software, rebooted, and disabled settings.
I'm open to purchasing a USB adapter (just need Bluetooth for headphones), but I worry it might interfere with the built-in radio.

No driver is available, as it was installed on 1/30/25 and isn't part of the original installation. The event log contains the message: "Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_C852&SUBSYS_C85210EC&REV_01\00E04CFFFEC8520100 was configured."
I'm not sure if any additional information would help.
Thanks ahead of time for your assistance!
I thought that was just for WiFi? I went ahead and attached it, rebooted, still no luck.
We have a winner! It seems I might have deleted this driver during all my disable/re-enable sessions. In Device Manager, Bluetooth now displays the Realtek Bluetooth Adapter instead of the Generic one. Together with the antenna, that should have worked. When I add a Bluetooth device, it appears multiple devices in the list. Thank you both for your assistance!
As I mentioned, I don't really use it, but who wants to live with a PC that they built and isn't running at 100%?
