Problem with ranked games

Through steam it has been using the mk11 since launch without issues, but recently it has stopped playing ranked matches. It has been a month dealing with this problem. I can still play other games online without any trouble. I even checked the game's integrity twice and didn't find any problems.

Are there any pop-ups, windows, error notifications, or similar issues when trying to join a ranked game? If yes, what exactly appears or happens? Have you reached out to Steam about this problem?

It seems there are no error alerts, yet the connection remains inactive without any contact.

Reach out to Steam. They manage the server and can clarify the reason for your account being blocked.
