Hey, perhaps someone can clarify or assist you. I built my desktop and purchased a 2x8GB RAM kit (Kingston HyperX HX432C16PB3AK2/16) a year ago. Later, I bought another identical kit to add 32GB of RAM, but I'm facing stability problems—XMP profiles don't work even when using the default settings, and I keep getting random crashes. My motherboard is an ASUS X370 PRO PRIME, running the Ryzen 7 3800XT CPU.

Have you tested the new stick by itself? It could be a faulty stick you purchased.

The issue isn't resolved. It functions correctly in single channel but fails in dual channel, especially when all four slots are used.

It's usually wiser to opt for a 2x64GB RAM package to sidestep these issues.
