I own Corsair Vengeance 3600 MHz DDR4 RAM. My MSI MPG X570 PRO carbon WiFi board has XMP enabled, which raised the voltage to 1.35, but my speed remains stuck at 1333 MHz. I don’t know why this is happening.

Are you using EZ or advanced settings? What is the BIOS version of your current motherboard? Which Corsair memory kit do you have, and how many DIMMs does it contain? Were these purchased together or bought separately, even if they are the same model? For reference, 1333 is actually 2666, as it's double data rate memory (DDR). This is probably the standard speed, but we'll need to check why it isn't reaching the advertised rate.

Have you checked if 2800 or 2933mhz was tried first? XMP should be adjusted in advance mode.
