You encountered an error with your system. Consider adjusting the RAM speed even if it matches the advertised rate. The displayed error details are from the motherboard specifications.

Detailed information could assist in resolving this. I’ve encountered several cases of memory performance problems on specific systems, especially those using Ryzen processors.

CMN32GX4M2Z3600C16 isn't included in the RAM Qualified Vendor List for that board. Occasionally, products not on the list can still function well, but this has become a recurring problem with several Ryzen combinations. In short, I’m dealing with a 5900X on an Asus Tuf B550-PLUS. At first, I used Ballistix BL16G32C16U4B.16FE, which worked for a few weeks. But it crashed during a game night, froze in sleep mode, and stopped displaying video every 8-12 cold restarts. It frustrated me for months until I sent an RMA after testing the GPU and RAM with MemTest86. I moved the RAM, GPU, and storage to an ASRock board with a 3600X, which had different problems. Only one DIMM worked initially; installing another didn’t get video on boot. It seems the DIMMs might not be compatible with B450 or B550 boards. The Ballistix BL16G32C16U4B.16FE weren’t listed for either board, and they also had issues on a B450 I used before. I switched to a kit that’s listed for that board, and it’s now running perfectly. I transferred the 5900X to another case with a RAM kit that’s listed, and the problems stopped. All three kits have consistent timing and voltage. It probably comes down to Ryzens and B450/B550 boards being sensitive to certain RAM types—something well-known. You might try disabling DOCP to see if it helps, but even then, it’s likely just a temporary fix until the RAM fails or needs replacement. Updated October 9, 2022 by An0maly_76 Added details

Thank you for your patience. I wasn't aware of the Qualified Vendor List. For now, I'll attempt a temporary workaround by disabling DOCP and reducing the frequency to 3200 MHz. Tomorrow's goal is to execute another extended MemTest86 to check if it resolves the problem.

I only found this when I looked it up. Your 3600's main frequency should probably be around 2666 or 2993 MHz without DOCP. Just switch off DOCP and avoid changing the manual settings or voltage. Try it out to see if it improves.
