Hey everyone! I’m facing some hardware and language challenges. My setup includes a Gigabyte GA-Z97p-D3 motherboard, an i5-4690K CPU, and Corsair Vengance LP 16GB RAM sticks (two 8GB sticks). I’m using Windows 10 Pro. The issue is that Windows only displays 8GB RAM, even though all slots are functional. I’ve tested each stick individually and it works fine on its own, but the total doesn’t match. I’ve also tried ADATA XPG modules with the same result—only 8GB shown when 16GB is installed. Open Task Manager, navigate to Performance tab, then Memory section. Check the occupied slots and the System Reserved percentage.
It checks each slot individually, identifying both sticks regardless of their position. The device isn't flawed; it simply recognizes both sticks if they're present in any slot.
