yep i already did, theres no setting for it. theres no way a dell office pc prebuilt would allow you to overclock or change voltages

Well in that case changing the FSB speed isn't going to help if you won't supply any more voltage. Keep it at stock, you would see little to no performance difference and this system is still very heavily CPU bottlenecked.
