Hey, I just got a new PSU and after connecting everything, my PC isn't turning on. The Ethernet port is lit, so it seems the PSU is supplying power. All components—CPU, GPU, motherboard—are connected. On the new PSU I have an Intel Z690 DDR4 i5-13600k, Fortis 5 CPU cooler, and an RX 570. The old PSU was a Seasonic SS-520GB 500W Active PFC F3. The new one is a Seasonic Plus 750.

Inspect the power switch header. It's possible a loose cable could be preventing the power switch from transmitting the signal.

Yes, I updated the cabling in addition to the power supply.

The PSU and cables are brand new. They are fixed in place and cannot be changed.

I recommend disconnecting and carefully inspecting the connections at the ends of all the plugs. Verify that no wires are forced backward from the connector.

In this situation, evaluating whether to use a breadboard might be beneficial, but you should remove the graphics card, reinstall the previous PSU if it was functional, and perform a basic operational test. If this is done, return or exchange the new PSU.

The old PSU is functioning properly, and I'm currently operating the PC with it.

Change the BIOS settings on the motherboard prior to powering up the new power supply unit.
