Problem with platform key leading to black screen on PC
Need assistance with a custom-built PC that switched the platform key to enable secure boot, but now shows an instant black screen with red light on the VGA. I tried resetting the CMOS, unplugging and re-seating RAM and graphics cards, changing HDMI ports, and checking all cables. Nothing is working—I’m worried I’ve damaged the motherboard. It’s an AIO B850 Eagle, equipped with an Asus Duel 7800XT graphics card, a Ryzen 9600X processor, a Corsair RM850E PSU, a crucial P3 Plus, and two 16GB Vengeance RAM sticks. I’m using Windows 11 Pro. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Did you merely replace an existing boot drive with another one on your custom-built PC?

Secure Boot
: The secure boot system employs the platform key to confirm the boot process's integrity. Should the system firmware identify the platform key, it permits the operating system's bootloader to start; if not, it stops the boot sequence, stopping potentially harmful software from running.

Completed the process. The most recent adjustment was made to the platform key prior to the sudden black screen.
Completed the task successfully, but encountered an issue with loading optimized defaults followed by the boot page.
I'm not sure what to recommend. I searched for "how to install battlefield beta" and found several links, even after limiting to the past month. Where exactly did you obtain the Battlefield Beta? Could you share the source or provide more details about the installation steps? It seems there could be many potential issues, and some requirements might be quite strict. Since I'm not a gamer myself, I'll rely on members who play Battlefield and have successfully installed it.
Why did you alter the platform key without thoroughly assessing the potential consequences? Your account seems to mirror what I observed, which suggests you may have made a mistake and damaged the hardware. At the minimum, this action has rendered all security certificates ineffective, requiring you to obtain them again before your system can be deemed functional once more.
Did you confirm the default settings were applied? The system successfully started.
