Hey all,
So, just as the title states. I can only get my PC to boot from the bios boot menu. A little background - this is a new build and it has never been able to boot straight to windows. As for troubleshooting so far I've, cleared cmos in my mobo (Asus TUF Gaming B650 Plus Wifi) and performed a new boot flash using different bios iterations, I've reinstalled windows 11. I've tried using only one stick of ram (G.Skill ddr5 6000mhz). I've reinstalled all the drivers including my cpu (7800x3d) and the ones related to my mobo. My only bootable drive in the bios is the windows drive I have. I'm at a loss at the moment and would love some feedback/help.

Do you know if the boot priority is configured for your OS installation media? It's possible that when you installed Windows from a USB drive, the priority was set for the USB device instead.

Yes, the information should appear in the boot tab within your BIOS. It might seem different since your boot drive is set to Windows, but it should reflect the correct setup.

I finally understood the solution. For future troubleshooting, I had the choice in my advanced bios settings to, "Press F1" when errors appeared during boot. The issue involved a raid option on my motherboard. After disabling that setting, the system restarted into Windows.

Great discovery, I thought it might be a BIOS setting. Have fun with the updated machine!
