Hi! I changed the GPU from 6600xt to 3080 suprim x. After uninstalling amd drivers and moving my parts to a different case, I encountered issues booting up. My mouse and keyboard won’t respond since the USB ports aren’t working. The motherboard doesn’t show any error lights, but there are two HyperX Fury RAM sticks and one that’s completely off, plus another that’s blinking red LEDs. Interestingly, I was able to update the BIOS via the USB port and charge my phone using those ports. I’ve tried another power supply, cleared CMOS without the GPU, booted without RAM sticks, and even built the PC twice before. Nothing seems to resolve the problem.

My build details:
I9 10900K 1.28V 5.1ghz pretested
Asus Rog Strix Z490-F Gaming
Kraken X63
MSI Suprim x 3080 10gb
16gb DDR4 HyperX
Seasonic GX 850W
corsair 4000d airflow

This idea is just a hypothesis, but what if the ports aren't compatible with the sticks after the update or they weren't imported properly in the mobo? I faced this issue last night when a newly formatted USB wasn't recognized by my system. It was simple—just clean it up or try again after adjusting and giving it another chance. Also, power settings should be fine, but 850W is ideal for these specs; safer to stick with 1K for now...

850W should suffice for this setup, possibly indicating the motherboard is faulty.
